Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-20 business days. We offer free shipping on orders of two or more items. For single-item orders, a small shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, postal service disruptions, or high order volumes.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@joystep.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

JoyStep is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
